The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by their vet at their expense with in 3 days from the date of purchase. If their vet does not give the dog a clean bill of health, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our vet at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition (Cherry eye, herniated umbilical, undescended testicle, allergies, skin conditions, ect.) is not covered and no condition which could go away or is considered to be a condition in which the puppy may outgrow is covered. If the dog is then found to have a life threatening genetic disorder, seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties. Arefund of money, less the deposit or a replacement pup will be given to the said buyer. Replacement pup or money will be at the sole discretion of the seller. There is no guarantee that the replacement puppy will be from the same 2 parents, but that it will have similar bloodlines. No shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping, as well as shipping costs for the replacement pup, are the buyer's responsibility. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious diseases diagnosed after 3 days from the date of purchase. Hip and elbow kysplasia and pathological spinal disorder is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase with the same conditions as above in effect. Your dog has been tested and examined for many conditions to assume his/her health. To make a claim, the puppy must be returned to "Bratt Bulldogs" with in 7 days of purchase. You must bring a signed copy of your vets diagnosis and dates of treatment, and all your puppies health records. Heat strokes, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat-related conditions are not covered in any way. Remember that a bulldog can overheat quickly and easily and may die as a result of overheating. He/She must be an indoor dog.

The buyer agrees to take good care of theis dog, feed and house the dog properly (indoors), maintain shots, secure the dog with a harness and leash when out in public or away from the said dogs premises. Buyer agrees to give the dog acceptable physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as its primary source of housing. If the dog is found to be abused, neglected, allowed to run at large or be a public nuisance, or found to have improper living conditions or in poor health, she seller has all right to repossession of theis dog with no refund to said buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, Carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal unless otherwise noted. No warranty is given to the byer for any special purposes or functions of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass-producing or money making operations.
